Thanks to our R&D studies and technological investments in pre-produced specialized structures, we continue to be the sector’s pioneer. The latest system, the light steel of our technical assets, Belgium, the Netherlands, and most Western European countries such as France have also registered the TIW Company building quality. Our installations in these countries have begun, and re-produced in Turkey has provided new insights into the technological structure.

The production technique of light steel pre-fabricated technological buildings is separate from standard type pre-fabricated buildings. Steel is knitted loop by loop as a spider weaves its web, connected from the ground the roof trusses with specially designed screws, and a monolithic system is formed. The structure emerges by making the necessary insulation and coatings on this system.

Thanks to the fact that no welding is used anywhere in the system and the screw holes are open through machine lines with millimetric touches, and a very comfortable assembly process is experienced in the construction site. The system, which can assemble quickly, can be disassembled when necessary and can be reused in a different location.

QUALITY

Since the light steel parts are screw on the galvanized system without welding, the long-lasting interior and exterior coating materials used are made with Fibercement, which is also under TIW Company’s assurance A1 class non-flammability and hygiene certificates.

SAFETY

Our expert architects and engineers are calculated in special computer programs by all static calculations. Metal wall thickness, frequency ranges, grooves on profiles, and insulation materials are used following the building’s content and the region’s climate conditions where it will install it. The profile system in use is transferred to the machine lines via special computer programs. By providing millimetric production, we reduce the possibility of making mistakes to almost “0” and enable our customers to live in their homes in a much safer way.

Thanks to the R&D and technology investments we have made, our customers can have quality at a much more affordable price. Since a machine entirely creates the light steel system, the labor is low, providing a reasonable price guarantee.

DESIGN

Thanks to our light steel system, it has eliminated the obligation to adhere to panel dimensions and the closing profiles that have to be used between panels, providing freedom of design. Plus, for the first time in Turkey, in the pre-production of light steel structure technology, it realized an 8-story building production and assembly of TIW COMPANY.

ECOLOGIST

Light steel pre-produced technological structures are completely nature-friendly; since 90% of them are produced from recyclable materials, the materials used repeatedly and did not harm the environment.

PRODUCTION and ASSEMBLY SPEED

After placing your order, you can generally move to your home within one month, although it varies according to the building’s state. Ten days of this total time is used for production, and the remaining time is used for assembly and delivery.
